Dr. H. R. (Pent) Penton |
Innovation Insights, LLC was founded in 2005 by Dr. H.R. Penton (Pent),, and today is providing consulting services, workshops and seminars on business strategy and innovation to Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium-sized companies and organizations. Pent has a B.S. degree from Florida State University and a Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has held various management positions in research, technology, marketing, commercial and business development and strategic planning with AKZO, Ethyl Corporation, Albemarle Corporation, Amoco and BP.
Pent has extensive experience in innovation management, and growing businesses through organic growth as well as through mergers and acquisitions. He has created and led organizations in developing new products, services and businesses in Europe, Asia and the United States, and has extensive experience in product, service and business innovation, reengineering organizations, successfully blending cultures in mergers and acquisitions and divesting non-core assets
